  • Do I have to take every class in the bundle?

    No, you may choose which courses in your bundle you would like to take up to the amount of hours required by your licensing state.

  • Will I get credit even if I don’t pass the exam?

    No, you are required to pass the exam with a minimum score of 70% in order to receive credit for the course. There are unlimited retakes for up to six months, until you receive a passing score.

  • What score do I need to pass the exam?

    You must pass the exam with a minimum score of 70%.

  • Does the long term care course count for my LTC renewal?

    Yes

  • Do you have an annuity course?

    No, we currently do not have an annuity course.

Frequently Asked Questions: Technical Issues

  • I can't find my courses.

    Once you have purchased a bundle, your courses are on your student dashboard. Log into your account and you will have access to all your courses as well as community pages you can visit.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Go into the login page and select “Lost Your Password?” Enter your email address and select “Reset Password.” If you are logged in to your account, you can change your password by going to your “My Account” page.

  • How do I view the video in full screen?

    On the video playback page, simply click the full screen icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the video. To exit click the same icon.

  • Can I rewind the videos?

    No, the states do not allow you to fast forward and therefore you also are unable to rewind. We have divided the courses into multiple shorter videos so if you would like to go back and re-watch a specific section you can.

  • Can I access the video content from my mobile device?

    Most newer-model smartphones or other mobile/tablet devices with an internet connection are able to access the video content.

  • Can I download BMFCE courses onto my computer?

    You can download anything that has the download icon (a bold arrow with the line directly below it). You cannot download video content.

  • Are the courses closed-caption?

    The classes are not closed-captioned at this time.
